JDSLE, Inc. ("we", "us"), the company formerly named Cycom Data Systems, Inc., publishes this website to describe CLNG (CityLaw/CountyLaw Next Gen) and to share articles about running a law office. This notice explains what information we collect here and what we do with it. Some of our accounts and documents still carry our former name.

It covers this website only. It does not cover CLNG itself, or information processed for customers through CLNG. That information is governed by the customer's agreement with us. The terms that apply to this website are our Terms and Conditions of Use, published under our former name.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you enter: typically name, work email, organization, job title, phone number, and your message.

Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect page views, approximate location, device and browser type, referring pages, and how you move through the site. We do not load Google Analytics until you accept.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and requests, for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and questions.
• To understand which content is useful and to improve the site.
• To keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site for us: HubSpot (forms and contacts), Google (analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies), and Microsoft Azure (hosting). They may only use the information to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your consent choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise your browser. You can change your choice any time using the cookie link in the footer, or through your browser settings.

Email choices

We email you to reply to your demo request or message, and we may follow up about CLNG. You can tell us at any time to stop by emailing support@cycominc.com. We will stop marketing email within ten business days. We may still contact you about an existing request or agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep demo-request and contact records while they are useful for our business relationship with your organization, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, write tosupport@cycominc.com or:

Children

This site is for professionals in local government and law offices. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this notice. The effective date above shows the latest version.
