Reports where you work
Open Reports from the action bar in a module or inside a matter. A window lists the report options with a description of what each one includes. Pick one, set its criteria, and print it to the report viewer. Preview it before you print, or export it.
Reports from your own search
You do not need a report to exist for the exact question you have. Search for the matters you care about, then print a one-line report from the results, either for every matter listed or for just the one you have open. Assignments also has a multi-line report.

Plus printable one-line, initial litigation and key dates reports.
Open and closed matters
Status codes classify matters as open or closed. Your dashboard and the reports for open matters include only open matters. A matter you close drops out of those but stays searchable and stays in reports that include closed matters.
Questions about reports
Can we export reports?
Yes. Reports open in a viewer with print preview, and you can print them or export them. Risk data exports straight to a spreadsheet.
Can we report on just some of our matters?
Yes. Run a search, then print a report for the matters in the results, or limit it to only the matter you have open.
Which modules have reports?
Assignments and Litigation have built-in reports. The newer claims-type modules do not have reports yet.
